(CBS NEWS) – Former “Gossip Girl” Blake Lively unwittingly sparked outrage when she posted an Instagram photo from the Cannes Film Festival.

The “Cafe Society” actress posted a side-by-side picture of herself from the front and the back and quoted the song “Baby Got Back” by Sir Mix-a-lot.

“L.A. face with an Oakland booty,” she captioned the image.

“Unbelievably problematic, using women of color’s bodies as a joke. I guess you just want people to know you’re racist and you don’t give a s**t,” wrote on Instagram user.

“She is using the bodies of women of color as a punchline and a commodity and I don’t blame them for being somewhat offended!” said another.

In spite of the blowback, Lively has yet to comment on the post.
