Cincinnati.com identifies the singer as Terah Stewart, an administrator at Ohio State University. His surprising contribution to her show made for a night he’ll always remember.

“Y’all don’t understand how long I have been riding for @rihanna,” he later tweeted. “I will never forget this. She followed me too. #NavyForF—ingLife !!!!!!!”
