On Monday, LL Cool J disappointed ladies who love Cool James around the world when he announced his retirement from the rap game. “Today I officially retired from music,” he wrote. “Thank you for the love.” Very soon after, the rap pioneer deleted those tweets, reversed course, deleted that tweet, and announced that he was actually working on a new album. How quickly sands shift on social media!
