The Chairman uses secret recipes, all from The Little Red Cookbook. Its cuisine is inspired by Asian food that is bold, spicy and unique in flavor. The Chairman prides itself on its savory baked and steamed buns. The buns are made by a local, family-owned restaurant, which has been making buns for over 40 years. Its yeast culture is one of a kind, since it is directly imported from China. In a sense, this food truck is pushing to be a concept of high-end food sold within the food truck scene. The truck cannot be missed, as its artwork is bold, just like its food. The artwork was designed by a famous visual artist, James Jean, whose work is also published by Prada, DC Comics and Atlantic Records. The truck can be spotted all over the Bay Area with stops in San Mateo and San Carlos on The Peninsula.
