(KBCW) – Ever read a comic book and wondered “How you can I get the same muscular shape as those superheores?” Better yet, how does Stephen Amell of ‘Arrow’ fight crime and get those rock hard abs at the same time?
Well, Men’s Fitness has put together a full-body functional workout inspired by Oliver Queen’s workout regimen on the series.
According to the magazine “Each training day is made up of combinations of exercises that emphasize motor control, functional strength, and power. So, study up on the Arrow’s workout and you’ll be defending the honor of your municipality in no time.”
The second season of ‘Arrow’ premieres on Wednesday, October 9 on KBCW 44 Cable 12.
